If you exceed the contracted time, you will be charged 1 extra hour for each hour exceeded.
Airport-Hotel Transfers: 60 minutes of waiting + 15 minutes of tolerance.
Hotel-Airport Transfers: 15 minutes waiting time + 5 minutes tolerance.
The payment needs to be made to the driver at the location.

The values shown include VAT at the legal rate of 6%.
Any change in VAT will result in a change in price accordingly.

The “Custom Service” option includes a driver’s lunch.
To Tours/Orders starting outside Lisbon, a TRANSFER will be added to the place where the service starts.
Long distance transfers include: parks, tolls and driver’s expenses.
We are not responsible for objects stolen, lost or forgotten inside the vehicles.
We are not responsible for excess baggage or baggage with unusual dimensions, which, due to lack of prior notice at the time of booking, do not allow the use of the hired vehicle.

Free cancellation up to 72 hours in advance.
Canceling the service between 72 to 48 hours in advance will be charged a fee of 50%.
Canceling the service within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the amount paid.
